Do you ship to my country?

We send our CBD products throughout every country in Europe and NoN-EU countries with no restrictions to receiving hemp-related products. 

What are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs differ per destination. Delivery in the Netherlands is free of charge (except during promotional weeks). In Europe and Non-EU countries, orders above 100 euros are delivered free of charge. (except during promotional weeks)  For most countries, you can choose regular shipping or express shipping. If you would like to know the exact amount of the shipping costs before placing your order, you can click on the 'Estimated Shipping Cost' button in the shopping cart.

Take local import duties into account if you live outside the EU. These costs are not calculated in the purchase price.

What is the delivery time?

Delivery is always free of charge for orders in the Netherlands. For the rest of Europe and Non-EU countries, orders above 100 euros are delivered free of charge. We currently have delivery times of 2 to 5 business days (Mon-Fri)* in Europe. For orders outside the European Union, we use delivery times of 5 to 14 business days.

Orders in the Netherlands are usually delivered within 24 hours if you have completed the order on business days before 4 pm. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation with a Track & Trace code, which you can use to track the shipment. Did you not receive the confirmation email? Check your spam folder | junk mail folder, it can occasionally happen that the mail ends up there.

How can I track my order?

When your order is shipped, your order will show 'Shipped' under my orders in your personal account. There you will also find a link to the Track & Trace of your order.

You will also receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail with a PostNL, TNT, or UPS Track & Trace code, which you can use to track the shipment.

What happens to your order if you are not at home?

The PostNL, TNT, or UPS delivery service offers the order to the delivery address. If you are not present during the first delivery attempt, you will receive a notification. This can be done by means of a note in your letterbox, via the Track & Trace link, or by e-mail.

PostNL | TNT | UPS will let you know where your order is with one of the following 3 options:

  • They come back the next day;
  • The order is with the neighbors;
  • Or the order is at a collection point;

Can I have my order delivered to a different address?

Yes, you can! You can enter a different delivery address when placing your order. We do not deliver to hotel addresses, holiday accommodations, or PO Boxes.

Did you enter the wrong address? Please contact our customer service directly. Once your order has been shipped, in most cases it is not possible to change your address. But this can differ per courier. If you do have the option to change the address, you will find the instructions for this in the courier's email and in the Track & Trace link.

How do I return an item?

Unopened products can be returned to us free of charge within 30 days. For a return, you can contact our customer service.
