What is the best CBD dosage for me?

How do I find my personal dose CBD?

Every human body is unique. That is why you need an individual dosage. CBD does not have a fixed dose for everyone, such as paracetamol, for example. We are happy to explain how to find your specific dosage. We recommend starting slowly with a low dose and listening carefully to your body. You start with a low dose for the first week and slowly increase the dose each week until you get the results you want.

CBD hemp oil drops dosage

You start in week 1 with 1 drop 3 times a day. In week 2, increase the dose by 2 drops 3 times a day. After week 2 you can increase the dose again, listen carefully to your body if this is necessary. In week 3 you increase again to 3 times a day 3 drops at a time. You do this up to week 5. This way you will find your personal daily dose. If you think you take too many drops per day, you can switch to a higher concentration (strength) of CBD hemp oil drops.

CBD hemp oil capsules dosage

CBD hemp oil capsules have a fixed percentage of CBD. In our case, a dose of 10mg or 50mg CBD per capsule. A CBD capsule is easier to dose. We recommend starting with a low dose. The first week you start with 1 CBD capsule per day that you take at the beginning of the day. (just before or during your breakfast). In week 2 you can choose to increase the dose to 1 capsule 2 times a day. One CBD capsule in the morning and one capsule just before or during your evening meal.

If you feel that you have not yet achieved your personal daily dose, you can increase the dosage again to 3 capsules at 3 times a day. (before or during breakfast, lunch, and evening meal). Have you not found your personal dose yet? Then you can always switch to a high concentration (strength) of CBD hemp oil capsules and then start again with the above steps.

CBD hemp oil extract dosage

CBD hemp oil extract contains a very high CBD concentration and is the most effective way of CBD intake. You start in week 1 with a low dose (the size of a grain of rice) once a day in the morning (just before or during your breakfast). In week 2 you can increase the dose to 2x a day 1 dose serving. In week 3 you increase again to 3 times daily 3 doses per serving (before or during breakfast, lunch, and evening meal). You can choose to keep the rice grain size CBD hemp oil extract or double it to 2 grains of rice size per serving. You slowly increase the dose each week until you get the results you want.
